ICT to the public

ICT TO THE PUBLIC :

As part of the school’s sustainability plan, Strand Moslem Primary in association with Khanya (the organization responsible for promoting ICT in schools) presented an ICT course to the public during October – November 2008.

25 Members of the Strand Community participated in the 20 hour course which took place over 6 Saturdays. The following modules were covered : M.S. Word, M.S. Excel, M.S. Power point and Internet and E-mail.

All the participants found the course very beneficial. The school plans to present future courses to the public at a minimal fee.
